With 5 years of Muay Thai experience and 3 years as an active fighter, Clare brings a strong blend of technical skill, competitive insight, and teaching ability to Chicago Muay Thai. A 2023 TBA Lightweight National Champion, she has competed at a high level and understands what it takes to prepare for the ring—both physically and mentally. As an instructor, she focuses on building solid fundamentals while also enjoying guiding competitive students through fight preparation, strategy, and conditioning. Her coaching style is detail-oriented and adaptable, making her effective with beginners as well as experienced fighters looking to sharpen their skills. Outside the gym, she works in special education and holds a bachelor’s degree in Speech and Hearing Science from the University of Illinois. This background strengthens her ability to communicate clearly and support students with a wide range of abilities and learning styles. She is passionate about creating an inclusive training environment where everyone can progress with confidence, discipline, and purpose.
