High contact. High output. Advanced classes are for practitioners who are ready to go — live sparring, full clinch, elevated conditioning, and the kind of training that produces champions.
Advanced classes at CMTKC are not for the faint-hearted — and they're not meant to be. This is where serious practitioners, competitive fighters, and anyone chasing peak performance come to train at full intensity.
Level 3 Clinch dives deep into the close-range game: positions, locks, proper knee technique, and safe elbow striking that builds toward full-contact clinch sparring with knees and elbows. It's technical, exhausting, and essential if you want to be complete as a Muay Thai practitioner.
Level 4 Advanced Muay Thai is the highest intensity class in the gym. Live sparring, live clinch, complex combination work, and a conditioning demand that matches competitive fight preparation. Higher-level pad holding and striking proficiency are required — this is not a drop-in for curious beginners. It's reserved for members who have put in the work and are ready to show it.
Between both levels, you'll be challenged in ways that fundamentals and intermediate classes simply can't replicate. If you're here, you already know why.
